I envision our bodies as a ‘house’ - our ‘home’ always with us. We determine what it looks like, it feels like, what inhabits it, and how we take care of it.
Each room in our house is a different part needing nourishment to feed the whole.
There are practices to tend to these rooms - ones that support creating a space of presence to hear our inner voice emerge and from this place, embark on a journey of exploration and heart-centered creative expression.
Come as you are.
It's the trying, the intention, the practice.
It’s beginning.
I remind myself.
Practice, play, presence.
This is a journey, one that is personal and unique.
Welcome home.
